Learn more and bring your questions about the where, what, when, who, how, and why of the Vashon Villages program being developed to serve seniors beyond our brick and mortar Bank Road location. Join Senior Center staff, board members, and volunteers as we explore the history of and opportunities for this new program. Special guests include the national director and members of the board of directors for the Village to Village Network, a national villages organization. Joining us from Australia will be Peter Kenyon, a social capitalist and community enthusiast, and the founder and current Director of Bank of I.D.E.A.S. Peter helped establish The Darling Range Seniors Hub in Western Australia, which is now being used by others across Australia as a model.
