Program Overview
Strengthen your core and experience the art of tai chi as led by Deena Eber.

Event/Activity Details
The Senior Center’s Deena Eber and the Parks Department are working together to offer free Tai Chi classes to the community. The classes will take place inside the Ober Park Performance Center.

Fundamentals of Tai Chi will be offered Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1pm

Tai Chi will be offered Wednesdays from 1pm to 2pm.
