May 20th: INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES WEEK! A very important part of the program is individual activities during weeks when no JAM programs are scheduled. You have time to move on your own or with friends.

FUN ACTIVITIES:

ZUMBA, Tai Chi, yoga, Wild Walkers of the West and online programs! Stay active, log it on YOUR Activity Tracking Log, and keep moving

is a guided activity program for all abilities and ages. Get stronger with energizing activity options for you and your community! Core Centric Coaches will lead the program, guide you along the way, and help you celebrate your progress.
