A Survey about Caregiving needs on Vashon 

Vashon Senior Center and Vashon Care Network are planning to launch an adult social respite program, providing supervised care and social engagement for islanders with dementia or cognitive decline.  The program would offer much-needed support and community for individuals as well as respite time for family caregivers. Please note: a social respite program would not provide medical services, health monitoring or medication assistance. Our goal is to begin this program in late 2024 /early 2025 pending  grant funding.
